Brief Testimony: I was born August 11, 1980 to Tim & Janet. My parents were and still are huge influences in my life spiritually, as were my grandfathers. I was taught very early what it meant to be a “Christian”. Being young and naive I took that to mean doing all the right things (being good). I accepted Christ at age 11, but for the next several years I was a Pharisee as Jesus described, “For you are like whitewashed tombs which indeed appear beautiful outwardly, but inside are full of dead men’s bones and all uncleanness” (Matt 23:27). It wasn’t until I was 17 when a youth pastor started pouring into me and I noticed other people my age struggling but persevering that it began to make sense that it was about a relationship, not religion or what I can do to attain God’s favor. It was at that point that I truly began a relationship with Christ. It hasn’t been easy. I fall flat on my face more often than I care to note, but I do know that His grace is sufficient for me and His strength is made perfect in my weakness (2 Cor 12:9-10).

Marital Status: Single (the last remaining bastion of bachelorhood in the band)
