Today, I saw both Mute Math’s “Typical” and Switchfoot’s “Awakening” video on Fuse. Both are amazing songs (no surprise there), but the videos are pretty darn good too! “Typical” is done completely in reverse video and I’m blown away at how cool it turned out. “Awakening” is pretty funny…the video doesn’t really go with the lyrics but it’s hilarious - A spoof on Guitar Hero and Dance Dance Revolution. You should go check them out and vote for them to stay on Fuse. Lord knows that Fuse needs as much quality content as they can get…they’re going the way of MTV and soon it’s gonna be all crap. So let’s do what we can to keep some good quality music (and 2 of my favorite bands) on there as long as possible. :o)

wow, what a pleasure to be able to play at Starbucks tonight! thanks to all of you who came out - it was good to have so many familiar faces. It’s been a while since I played a solo show…man I missed the band…but it worked out alright. I just feel honored to have opportunities like that. Not only is it extremely fun, inspiring, etc.; it’s such an easy way to get in with unbelievers…or those trying to run from God. I think I had a couple of those conversations tonight. I am praying that God will allow that door to open again…hopefully on a somewhat regular basis. I’d love to get to know the workers more.
Not sure what the point of this post is other than to say, thank You Lord for leading me to do this!
by the way, if you haven’t bought these CD’s yet, you must go do so RIGHT NOW because they’re THAT GOOD!!!
